“BigMart Shopping Centre” is a super store having a large number of employees; this store does not have a computerized system (payroll system) to calculate and generate salaries, wages, bonuses or any deduction for employees. You are required to suggest any five valid reasons specifying that why should this super store adopt a computerized system for above mentioned tasks?

“Future Technologies” is a Tablet PC manufacturing company, in this company manager allows the employees to take part in decision-making therefore everything is agreed by the majority. Identify which management style (Authoritative or democratic) is adopted by this company and list major benefits of this management style.
