define identity of object, how do we handle processes in object orientation?

Dear Sir,

if Fruit 'Grapes' is an object how would we define identity of this object. also, can we term a process as an object e.g, registration process? how do we handle processes in object orientation?

Grapes” is an instance of “Fruit” class. “Grapes” is an object that has unique identity by its name. Grapes also has some characteristics like taste, size, color etc……

Processes/procedures/functions/behavior are almost interchangeable with each other when we deal with in the context of Object Orientation.
We handle processes in object orientation by defining functions in a class with scope specified.
Usually, a process is of “public” in nature.
