Scenario:1
Being an HCI Specialist you have to design a persona based solutions in a company “YXZSolutions.co”. In
persona based design solutions, requirement definition determines what function and information our persona
access in order to achieve their goals. Keep in mind the HCI knowledge regarding persona based design which
step in requirement definition serves as a primary purpose of eliminating as much designer bias as possible before
launching into scenarios? Mention the step with solid reason.
Scenario:2
Suppose you are a web designer in company “xyzsoft.” Your company assigned you a website which has poor
usability due to its poor navigation. What most effective actions will you take to improve navigation of the
assigned website? Give any three effective actions.
NOTE:
Be precise in your answer. Write inn your own words according to the problem statement .Don’t write
unnecessary or irrelevant information it will mark zero.
