Society is evolving continuously from day one. From Stone Age till now, people keeps on
learning from different resources and improve their standard of living. When society evolves,
there is always a shift in cultures, thinking patterns, society needs and standard of living. As
society, technology, intellectual level of people and human needs keep on advancing;
organizations become more complex because they have to satisfy current human needs. In order
to solve complex problems of organizations, scholars start thinking about solutions which results
in an emergence and continuous improvement in organization theory.
1. You are required to provide link between Modernist and Neo – Modernist organization
theory with the societal development. Means, how evolution in the society (By means of
technology & Intellectual level etc) has brought changes in the organization theory?
