Ptcl is offering call me back service all over the Pakistan. Which may help people if they want to know more about this service then they can read all the following instructions.
There is a time when you need someone (Mobile user) to call you rather than you call them. Possibly, either you are budget conscious or may be someone’s cell phone was busy while you dialed his number from your landline.
PTCL feels your need and have come up with another thrilling service i.e. Call Me Back service. Through this service you can intimate your friends- mobile users, through an SMS to call you back on your landline number.
Service Mechanics:
Just dial 1322 from your landline or VFONE and follow the IVR. It will ask you to enter the cell number on which you want to send a Call Me back message, a SMS with pre-defined text will then be sent out from the PTCL to the GSM/WLL number, requesting for a call back

Ans: All the existing and new PTCL customers either of PSTN or WLL.
Q2 . How do I access this service? What are the service charges?
Ans: You just have to dial 1322, an IVR will ask to enter the cell# on which call me message will be sent.
Q3. I am unable to access both the service?
Ans: Call 1236 helpline and register a complaint.
Q4. Is there any acknowledgement whether Call me back SMS has been delivered?
Ans: There is no acknowledgement in this process. This is a stable service, SMSs are received in time.
Q5. Under which the usage charges of cricket info and call me back services will be visible?
Ans: In the monthly bill, you can see the usage charges under the head “0900/Voice portal
