PTCL has started an online entry that it is calling "Self Service Portal", basically pointed at helping clients with deal and underpin administrations.
Presently, clients are not permitted to make their records to get redesigned status about the (landline or broadband) administrations they are utilizing. Then again, clients can enlist dissentions, know the status of the protest and talk live with PTCL's client underpin.It is likely that company will add more features in WSS with time.
