As leaf node does not have any child, so balance factor of all leaf nodes is zero.
To calculate the balance factor of other nodes, apply the above given formula.
For example,
Balance factor of root node(with value 6) = 3-4 = -1
Balance factor of node with value 4 = 2-1 = 1
Balance factor of node with value 12 = 3-3 = 0
Similarly calculate the balance factor of all nodes.
