Dissatisfaction with one’s job often motivates the launching of a new venture. Previous technical and industry experience is also important once the decision to start businesses made. So in case of Ms.Hira same situation was occur Ms.Hira dissatisfaction with her job because she was employed as a quality food manger since 2010 in PC but unfortunately her experience with the job was not very rewarding and she have no freedom of taking risk and get more return which convinced her that she should set up her own business where she could be more risks and more returns and it’s fit with the her skills and goals. Where she could have more experimental and have the freedom and flexibility to work with her new ideas. She could have the devotion of necessary time and effort. She can assume the necessary risks.
