World has become a global village and the trend of multinational is emerging exceeding day by day , which therefore gives additional responsibility to executive to communicate well throughout their setup in business globally. Effective communication with perception, precision and credibly is extreme important to understand attitude to make to make communication a two way process. Researcher have shown that effective communication has helped global businesses not vying for dominance in the world sales volume or market shares, but also for greater capital flow to support new product innovations, investment in core technologies, and world wide distribution channels. Global communication strategy should align the firm's business objectives with the employ value proposition while providing the platform for localization that reflect different cultures and local business conditions and allowing employees to understand their roles.
