1) SPI = BCWP/BCWS = 43/41 =1.049
2) Schedule variance
BCWP-BCWS=43-41=2 person day
3) Percent scheduled for completion = BCWS/BAC = 41/106 = 38.6
4) Percent complete = PC = BCWP/BAC = 43/106 = 40.566
Actual cost work performed= ACWP = ?? how i can find it ? becuase we need this to find remaing two values please any one explain it.
