[B]A person says, “It is all well and good to talk about friendship and cooperation, but not everyone is sweetness and light. The people who talk like this are just dreamers. They have a good stance but if everybody acted that way we have all get taken advantage of. There is a good reason that the adversarial system of justice has been around and it works better than any other alternative”.
